4. Deliveries and Cancellations

Delivery Attempts: It is the sender's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. If a recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our couriers will leave the arrangement in a safe, sheltered place or attempt redelivery according to our standard delivery policy.

Cancellations: Because our floral products are made-to-order and perishable, any cancellations or modifications to orders must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
